This Privacy policy establishes the procedure and features of processing user data (hereinafter referred to as the client) of the services offered by IP Zezero Evgeny Valeryevich (TIN 614001976194 OGRNIP 316619600067301), hereinafter referred to as the agency © WEBBY.

This document (the "policy") is an integral part of the agreement for the use of the agency's services © WEBBY. It is impossible to use the services of the agency © WEBBY without accepting the terms of this policy. The Agency © WEBBY has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this policy at any time by posting a new version of the amended information on the websites-platforms of the agency © WEBBY. The terms and definitions used in this policy are used in the meaning given to them in the agreement for the use of the services of the agency © WEBBY, unless otherwise expressly provided by this policy.

The cases of the client providing data are, in particular, registration on the agency's website © WEBBY, obtaining access to the client's personal account, conclusion of license and other agreements, the possibility of which is directly provided for by the functionality of the agency services © WEBBY, as well as the following cases:

- By participating in advertising and marketing campaigns conducted by the agency © WEBBY;

- When sending requests, letters or making other types of contacts with the agency © WEBBY;

- When using additional, special services, if this is provided by the functionality of the agency's services © WEBBY and the interface of the agency's website © WEBBY.

Customer data is processed for the following purposes (including, but not limited to):

- Conclusion and execution of an agreement for the use of agency services © WEBBY;

- Providing the possibility of creating and subsequent use and management of a personal account;

- Correction of errors, modification of web services, development of new web services and services;

- Interaction between clients to receive comments on the agency's services © WEBBY,

- Support of web notifications regarding the services of the agency © WEBBY web services and services;

- Analysis of the effectiveness of the agency's services © WEBBY; - Acceptance, processing and verification of payments;

- Providing technical support to customers;

- Informing about future events related to the services of the agency © WEBBY, their updates and other similar events.

The data collected and processed by the agency © WEBBY (its affiliates) may include (not limited to):

- Surname, first name and patronymic (if any) of the client (client's representative, client's employee or other person authorized by the client to carry out actual actions with the client's personal account when using the agency services © WEBBY);

- Passport data of the client;

- Registration address (actual residence) of the client;

- Email address;

- Client's login;

- The position of the client's representative, the client's employee or another person authorized by the client to carry out actual actions with the client's personal account when using the agency's services © WEBBY;

- Contact phone number. The Agency © WEBBY may also collect client data related to his IP address, statistical information about actions performed by the client when using the agency services © WEBBY, unique client identifiers automatically generated when using the agency services © WEBBY, billing data on transactions made by the client, language, territory from which access to the services © WEBBY, as well as other information about the client.

The Agency © WEBBY uses cookies on the agency's website © WEBBY. Cookies are text files, usually small in size, or fragments of information that can be stored in the User's computer memory when he visits the agency's website © WEBBY.

The Agency © WEBBY uses temporary (session) and permanent cookies on its website. Temporary files differ in that they are deleted after the user closes his web browser, while permanent files remain in the computer's memory until they are deleted manually or until their storage period expires.

The user can change the settings of his web browser so that already saved cookies are deleted and new cookies are not saved (detailed information about this is usually contained in the user manual for each specific web browser).

The data retention period is the period during which the services are provided by the agency © WEBBY, unless otherwise provided by applicable law (for example, for accounting purposes or compliance with tax legislation).

The Client is responsible for the completeness and reliability of the data provided to them. If there are inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies in the data provided by the client, they must be changed, including by contacting the specialists of the agency © WEBBY.

The Agency © WEBBY has the right, when deleting and/or changing the client's data, to store the data that is necessary for the purposes of compliance with applicable legislation, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the agency services © WEBBY.

7.1. The Parties undertake, without mutual consent, not to transfer (disclose) to third parties commercial and organizational and technological information that is a secret for either Party (hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information") in cases where:

7.1.1. There is no free access to such information on a legal basis;

7.1.2. Such information has actual or potential value due to its unknown to third parties.

7.2. The Party, by virtue of the Contract, who has acquired such information, takes appropriate measures to ensure its confidentiality.

7.3. Confidential information is subject to protection during the entire term of the services (Contract).

7.4. If the client is an individual, then in accordance with Article 6 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 for the period of activation of the service (conclusion of the Contract), the client agrees to the processing by the agency © WEBBY (hereinafter referred to as the "provider") of his personal data, and namely: Full name, passport data, address of the place of registration / location, phone/fax number, e-mail address.

7.5. The Provider has the right to process the specified personal data in order to ensure the provision of services (Contract), including providing information and reference services to the client. The processing of personal data refers to actions related to personal data, namely: collection, storage, systematization, accumulation, clarification, use, depersonalization, blocking and destruction.

7.6. By accepting the terms of service (Agreement), the client expresses his consent to the storage and processing of personal data by the provider in order to fulfill the quality of services (Agreement).

7.7. The Client consents to the transfer of his personal data within the framework of the performance of the services (Contract) to the provider to third parties of the information specified in Article 53 of the Federal Law "On Communications" No. 126-FZ dated July 07, 2003.
